Q: How does demo work?

A: After filling out and submitting the form, we will review your request and make a follow-up within one business day and confirm your interest with our product before proceeding.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: No setup fees will be charged, you have 15 days of a free trial until then you will be required to add your billing information, otherwise your account will be downgraded to our free level plan.

Q: How does billing work?

A: Please refer to our pricing page, click here. If you are interested in our Enterprise solutions, please contact your sales or account manager (the one in charge of your free trial).

Q: Can I keep my data from my trial?

A: You have until the end of your trial to download all your data from the account settings.

Q: Can I cancel the trial before 15 days?

A: Of course! On your free trial, you can directly go to your account settings and delete the account. Please take in mind, all your data will be deleted from our servers. You can't retrieve them after doing this permanent action.
